Το εκκλησάκι του Αγίου Ραφαήλ - Νικολάου & Ειρήνης, στο Μαστιχάρι της Κω, είναι ένα μικρό, γραφικό αιγαιοπελαγίτικο ξωκλήσι. Ανήκει στην Ενορία Ευαγγελισμού της Θεοτόκου του Μαστιχαρίου.

Οι Άγιοι Ραφαήλ, Νικόλαος, Ειρήνη και οι συν αυτοίς γιορτάζουν δύο μέρες μετά το Πάσχα.
